My experience at UP: - Hot in the summer. - Noisy from busy street traffic. - I felt disrespected by the owner and felt my money was disrespected. - Generally, does not allow you to schedule classes for two people using the same credit card number.... more

Often the locker room is not clean. Lately no hot water in showers. Aging facility needs repairs. A process for evaluating instructors would be helpful.. Several reasons to give this place one star.... more
My husband and I were members for several years. In May of 2019 we found out we were moving out of state and went to cancel our membership. We provided written documentation in-person as per their cancellation policy to do so.... more
