I love this gym. Used to drive twenty min to just get here. Great staff, members and group classes.
I love this place! I've been a full member for over 2 years, and did "pay by the day" for a couple years before that. The instructors/trainers are wonderful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The classes are very diverse and there is something (or many things!) for everyone. The facilities are always clean and neat, and the office staff is very helpful. The patrons span all the age ranges, with even some teen classes. And you can't beat the location!
Congenial atmosphere, modern equipment, talented fitness instructors, broad range of classes for groups and individual instruction. Exudes a sense of community unlike larger chain fitness centers.

Pretty cool gym. I can say I'm a fan for the price and friendly atmosphere. No only really acts like a prick so thats always a good thing.
The prices are very good for a gym of their size. The big selling point for me were the olympic weightlifting style platforms downstairs. They have two, so if your an olympic weightlifter like myself then this is a nice option if you don't like to pay for crossfit boxes (which there is nothing wrong with =D).
They also have showers and a sauna in each the mens and womens bathrooms. Fitness classes of all types and all different types of cardio machines such as Concept 2 rowers!
Like I said for the price, you definitely get a lot of hang for your buck.
I've been a member if this gym for almost a year now and really enjoy it. I mostly use the downstairs weight rooms which can get busy at peak hours, but what gym doesn't? The old school feel of it is really neat. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is kept very clean.
Rock Creek Sports Club is reasonably priced, and never feels over crowded. The locker rooms are always clean, have plenty of space, and have saunas and showers. There is plenty of cardio equipment and weights, and they offer several group classes throughout the day. The staff and management are truly some of the friendliest people I've ever met - they are so helpful! No one is pushy/sales-y like at other big gyms in the area. I'm so happy I joined this gym.
This is such a welcoming place to work out. If only one could clone Charles! His warm friendly greeting every morning sets the tone for each session and the daytime classes I take have been great.
The best gym ever! From the moment you walk in the front door you're welcomed by the friendliest front office staff on the planet-makes you feel like you're part of the family. Manager Hadji greets you by name (how does he do that anyway?). Everyone seems to know who you are and care about your progress. But, top of the list for me has to be the personal trainers. My trainer Caity Adams is sunshine on steroids while still being a serious fitness expert. Her knowledge and total commitment has helped me lose 45 lbs and get into the best shape of my life. I love this place!
