Everyone is super welcoming and friendly, the coaches are great, and the workout is an awesome way to kick start your day!

Love it . It challenges you .instructors are amazing. I never thought I would be or go to a gym since I can easily get bored and I am very high energy guy. Staff had very impact on me coming again without feeling overwhelmed or shy( though I am not the typical shy guy). If you love challenge, want improve your health/stamina that is the place to go

I love the workouts because they are always changing, the coaches are always motivating and helpful and I am as fit as I have ever been.

I like that it is consistent (treads, rowers, strength), that you pretty much know what you are going to get in terms of quality workout - just not EXACTLY how it will be put together, that I can show up and work - but not have to think too hard, that there are people there for a gazillion different reasons - and it doesn't matter why you are there - only that you show up, you can make friends, or not, chat or be quiet - work hard or coast.
**Love the music variety - and TOTALLY get that volume CAN help with motivation- but coaches should remember it can also be deafening. If you have the best cues and I can't hear them over the music the end result is I don't know what I am supposed to be doing ....which means I may either work too hard too soon, or hold back and leave the workout frustrated because I did not push hard enough.**

I really enjoy the workouts and the staff is very helpful always. My issue is with their "30 Day Cancellation Policy". My contract starts tomorrow and I asked to cancel it for the month after and I am told there is minimum 2 month automatic enrollment?!? This was not explained at all...since I am in my one month window to cancel, I should be able to cancel for next month. I am told that since my membership does not technically start till tomorrow, I can't cancel today...so I inquired about cancelling tomorrow for the month after and I am told that is not possible. I am not impressed with the way their membership program is explained as "30 Day Cancellation" and then am required to pay for two months even if I want to cancel within 30 days. #orangetheoryfitnessfixyourmembershippolicy

Great location, staff is professional and very helpful. Sage is a great instructor and makes you feel comfortable from the start. Appreciate the cleanliness of the entire gym and equipment. Love the workout, intense and motivating.

By far the worst customer service in any orange theory I have been to. My girlfriend and I used to go to a location in chicago after she moved to ME she started going here and I went with her and WOW absolutely crazy how disrespectful they are and how much they do not care about their customers!! Would definitely not waste my time here !!!!
