Nice vibe. Friendly staff and place is clean with enough machines and stations to where you don't have to wait. Bathrooms and locker rooms are clean and neat. I can do my work out without feeling pressured or watched.

As far as location from my house it was great. However, the main equipment that people use for abs there was only one. Machines were broken most of the time. I agree that the staff is very unprofessional. They don't offer family packages so my husband could only work out when I was off (so they claim no family packages). The facility had water leaked and they would allow personal trainers that didn't work there train individuals which stopped you from using the equipment. Now I'm seeing its 11pm which is another issue.

Great location, cheap rates, and accessible equipment. The only downfall is the hours of operation. I wish it stayed open 24hrs like most of the other locations rather than closing at 11pm. As a military vet who works the mid shift, I am left with a limited amount of time to workout during the night due to the hours of operation

Love the planet fitness here! When I go late in the mornings, it's usually pretty empty and everyone here seems pretty conscious about wiping the seated machines & mats down with the spray they have near the trash cans after they're done using them.

This place is very unprofessional. There was no your of the facility once signing up. I had to keep stopping my workout to asks questions that could've been discussed during the tour. They were out of T-shirts when both me and my friend signed up. The employees are ALWAYS on their cell phones and don't give you any undivided attention. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Get the black card membership and go to any Planet Fitness you want. It's really worth the money if you travel a lot. Only thing I wish is that they had spin bikes.
I'm so happy to see Bring the East back in full effect especially businesses that promote health and fitness.

Very clean. Great place to work out. However if you are the one to make a lot of noise ( bring attention to yourself aka LUKE) this is not the gym for you. Also the hours of operation recently changed (5am-11pm).

It's not 24 hours,the manager is very rude and the same equipment has been broken over a month now and yes they only have one of that equipment and it also smells bad.

The young man suggested that I just cancel my membership. I was shocked and told him that if this was my place of business I would not want him to work for me, because instead of trying to retain members he is encouraging me to cancel. When he gave me the form to complete my reason for cancellation I explained that it was because of him. When I received an email from Planet Fitness a couple of weeks later it showed a different reason for my cancellation, which indicates the young man altered my paperwork. Very disappointing.

I love this place totally a no judgement zone. Went there to tan and ended up going for full membership. Not only do I tan but asked their trainers to show me how their machines work. You can plug your music into them it's great.

Happy Happy Joy Joy... Talk about a BRIGHT SPOT, literally & figuratively. This is one of FEW businesses that have decided to open in EAST NEW ORLEANS in this Post Katrina Era. Glad to have this location available to the folks in New Orleans East, we need to work out too.
Ample parking. Equipment is well kept. Planet Fitness has met that challenge. My prayer is that the folks allow this business to remain PROFITABLE. Keep the facility clean & don't vandalize it. I can speak to this, I live about 3.2 miles from this location & I am painfully aware of the state of NEW ORLEANS EAST.
Praise God for this facility. I can get my work-out on without having to drive 10 miles from my home.
Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Friendly guests & members.
I'll be here more often.

I live on the road and needed a gym that is everywhere. I tried Anytime Fitness first and glad I came here! The staff at the front desk is awesome and so is the gym. Very clean and they have any piece of equipment you need...for a fraction of the price. So happy to be part of the Planet Fitness team!

They are unprofessional, they're being run by children who cant adress serious Cacerns. Maneger is hardly on site and after 7pm as i was told by an employee, there is NO maneger on site, dispite the fact that thisis a 24hr establishment. They play so many games with members that its one of the 1st things you here when you mention this particular location is "dont do it, they are going to steal your money and they are so unprofessional" for example ive been on hold for 20 mins now waiting for Tyrone the assistant maneger. Now as i am typing a nother employee named Taylor who is not a maneger is attempting to tell me that i never signed a contract to freeze activity on my account, meanwhile I'm holding that contract in my hand. Please do NOT sign up with this company and especially not this location on CROWDER BLVD. Scottie Wollard the maneger is a liar and is miss-maneging this site. I am now going for the so called reginal maneger Zerushka Lagos. This is the worse experience i have ever had.
