Wonderful products for those in the market for high end skin care, but horrible customer service. This store location is truly deceitful and practice horrible business ethics. They seem to aim to confuse and trick until they get your signature then become aggressive, try to intimidate, and are not helpful resolving any issues for their customers, but are happy to make empty promises. They never mentioned a no refund policy, have you sign an iPad without any information about said policy listed, then print a receipt that says no refund. I would avoid this location at all costs, but if you do happen to stop in and fall in love with their products, I would suggest buying directly from the online company who seem to practice decent customer service and respond in fairly timely fashion.
