Yoga and HIIT are the perfect combination, so I'm thrilled that this new studio opened in my neighborhood. Both styles of classes are fun and challenging. Love that they have early morning (5:30am) and late night (8pm) classes to fit my schedule. I'll be spending a lot of time at Pure.
