They offer several services here. They offer a few different tanning beds. A stand up and 2 different lay down beds. They also offer a hydration steam pod,tooth whitening light, hydra massage,a massage chair,red light therapy for the face as well as full body red light (highly recommended), hot works,and a sauna. I personally book my appointments,but an appointment isn't necessary.

Management doesn't live up to their promises. Went in to cancel after not using a few months ago and was told I would be reminded to use my membership every 3 weeks in an attempt to get me to stay but if I didn't use it i could cancel it without penalty. Went in today after being charged an additional 2 months and tried to penalize me with either a $99 one time charge or 60 day period and that I would be taken to collections. Tried to force me to sign membership valid through 2/1/2020 which I initialed as disputing, which she tells me she does this all the time with her customers and threatened me with being sent to collections. I let her know I would reach out to my lawyer to clarify and if there was a dispute I would have that addressed, then was threatened with camera audio and video. This seems like a lot of time and anger spent over $160 but she didn't live up to her end of the bargain and from a customer service perspective will not be threatened because she fears loss of income of 2 months. Bait and switch and wow horrible service and unauthorized charges.
I first went in for a free service months ago was given 2 passes to bring myself and someone else for $20 spa day. My brother and I decided to try out a membership and we love it! This location is not the closest to my home, yet the staff are great they make my experience convenient and worth the trip.
Planet Beach Riverbend is awesome!!!! Joni & Lexi are always so helpful. The facial and hydromassage is the Bomb!!!!! I've been going for 5 months and most of the sun spots on my face are gone! Worth every penny!

I've enjoyed the massage options at planet beach Riverbend. The hydro massage is my favorite. Water jets massage your back and you can adjust things like intensity and where the jets go on your body. It's nice and cozy. The massage chair is awesome too. You can customize the program and they provide oxygen too! 5/5 would massage again.

This spa offers many different services for great prices. The staff is very friendly and will go over board to try and make sure everyone is satisfied. I would highly recommend this Planet Beach to anyone.

I tried to cancel my membership many times. I called by phone because I moved to another state. They just keep changing me every month.
I love this place. It's a short walk from home, yet I feel like I never left! The staff learn your name, start you on a personalized regime, and strive to make you feel pampered. I walk in and my service is ready. In the rare event it isn't, I'm encouraged to relax on the massage bed or wait in the lobby and soothe my feet on a massaging box. Every month there's a membership appreciation day, and every day I can bring a new friend to try services, free of charge. Definitely if you have goals, walk in and try out the services.
I highly recommend you Go if you want to relax, live a healthy lifestyle, and take care of your skin. I do hot yoga in the infrared sauna and detox while I work out. It feel so wonderful afterwards and my skin is glowing again. I love the red light facials for smoothing out my skin and clearing up break outs. Truly a must try service. The airbrush spray tans are not Orange! My spray tan is perfect today. They let me try the spa out on my first visit for just $20 bucks.
This business is criminal. I see another review with the same complaint -- I tried to cancel my account, and despite being told repeatedly by Hannah that it was cancelled, I have been charged. I have called repeatedly to dispute the charge. Hannah told me it had been handled and I should expect a refund. That was on August 2. I am still waiting, and now Vickie, who I am told is the main manager (Hannah is the spa manager) has told me she won't refund me until she speaks to Hannah. And Hannah is apparently away for a prolonged period. I tried to explain that Hannah had already told me this was all taken care of. No dice -- they will not refund me, and I can't get either Vickie or Hannah to call me back. So they have my money and it seems impossible to get it back. I do NOT suggest giving them your credit card info.
The ladies here became like family to me! I was a member at this location for almost 4 years until I had to move away for work. Had a slight billing issue that was swiftly resolved by the owner, Vicki. I would still be a member here if I lived closer!
I've been searching for a quite private place to relax and I've found it! The staff is warm and and inviting without being overbearing, the rooms are clean and comfortable.. It's everything I've wanted and more!

Hydro Massage, Sauna, Red Light Therapy & Hydration Station are my favorite!!
I have been a handful of times to do these services and I have lost about 9 pounds all together in Sauna& Hydration Station! After I get out of those I always do Red light to help get rid of my wrinkles and fix my flabby skin. THE HYDROMASSAGE IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MAINLY BECAUSE I FALL ASLEEP EVERYTIME! IT'S SO RELAXING!! Staff is awesome as well as they walk you to your services and meet you when you get out of every services to walk you to the next. They listen to you tell them about your day it's like therapy & relaxation all in one!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!
