This is a great YMCA, good equipment with a non-intimidating crowd, in a good location. Just wish they would extend the hours a bit.. I feel so lucky to have the Y downtown near my office.... more
PF really had everything I need and the convenience I want. My home location had multiple stations that include the machines for my activities that day, beetroot upper, lower or cardio days, they have what I need when I want! If you have considered PF in the past but you may not like to workout while a lot of folks are watching, try visiting early AM, lunch time and around 8 PM to determine which time slot works best for you, your busy lifestyle and your comfort level.... more
