I have been a client since a year after the studio opened. I expected good classes and got outstanding instruction. I expected I would like the others in the classes and have really enjoyed the other women in my classes. What I did not expect was my bone density results to actually measurably improve over the 10+ years I have been in class. I was even able to cut my calcium supplement in half with no negative impact on my bone density results. Pretty good for an almost 70 year old!
