Very professional studio. The instructors are the best! They have your long term goals in mind and help you to attain them. Never pretentious and always courteous sums up their attitude.

High professional standards with personal care and attention. Owned and operated by one of the only Pilates instructors in the Baton Rouge area to be 3rd party certified by the gold standard of the industry- the Pilates Method Alliance(PMA)

I have been a client since a year after the studio opened. I expected good classes and got outstanding instruction. I expected I would like the others in the classes and have really enjoyed the other women in my classes. What I did not expect was my bone density results to actually measurably improve over the 10+ years I have been in class. I was even able to cut my calcium supplement in half with no negative impact on my bone density results. Pretty good for an almost 70 year old!
