Orange Theory has great treadmills with lots of give, the intervals help me to gear up to push myself, the variety keeps me from getting bored and the coaches keep me on task. Also, the heart rate monitoring is a great way to find out when I'm slacking off and a good guide for how far I should push myself.
Friendly staff, great ambiance, clean facility; Coaches Clyde and Katie are both very motivational and play good music. Above all great workout
I would say the coaches and workouts are great. I think their cancellation policy of 8 hours or you pay $12 is a little tough. When you only do 5:00 am classes it is not possible to always cancel 8 hours in advance. When you have a baby, things like a lack of sleep can happen during the night and you do not get exceptions to their $12 policy. Additionally, when I signed up they said if you cancel in the first 30 days it is a "Quit free guarantee", but that doesn't happen either, I ended up paying for a total of two months and they would not honor what the website promotes. So all this said, it is a good workout and great coaches but be prepared to pay some extra fees if you miss a class and there is no free trial period or quit free guarantee.
Love the organized workouts that are always different and the great coaching staff. Excellent place to build fitness and see improvements in your strength, endurance and overall fitness!
The atmosphere really gets me hyped! The music and coaches are high energy to keep me motivated. Each workout is different and keeps me on my toes. Classes are fast-paced, which requires active listening. I'm not only getting in a great body pump, but my mind is getting a workout as well. The coaches do a wonderful job at helping with modifications as needed - especially Courtney! I could not have continued working out with my shoulder injury without her constant support! A special thank you to the staff for always answering my questions and greeting me with a friendly smile. I highly recommend Orange Theory!

I did my first class two weeks ago and loved it. The high intensity workouts I find them to be similar to cross-fit but not all the heavy weight lifting (which for me led to shoulder surgery). I find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Both trainers I've had to date were awesome! They pushed me to explore my limits, but made sure I was working safe. They have corrected my form when I was not doing an exercise correctly, and they have also came and checked on me when I was working in the red zone for extended periods of time. The large monitors showing the entire class's heart rate zone is a great training tool. By seeing my percentage of max heart rate on the screen, it lets me know when I"m not giving as much to my workout as I may be capable of (in which case I can adjust my speed/incline, add more weight, or simply row harder). I don't feel pressured to out perform anyone else, I"m simply trying to put forth the effort it takes to elevate my heart rate to that orange/red zone (can be different for each person depending on their fitness level). Great Workout! LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I was unsure of OTF at first, but once I completed my first class I was hooked! The staff always greets you with a smile (knowing they are going to see you leaving sweaty!). The trainers are amazing and know exactly how to push you out of your comfort zone enough to get you the best workout they can. They are also amazing at giving alternative exercises for anyone with ortho issues! I have nothing but great things to say about this location!
The best all around workout available!! I had NO RUNNING or rowing background, but some weight lifting history. This studio has supported, encouraged and CHALLENGED my desire to reach goals and continually raise the bar of what I thought I could achieve. I am stronger, both mentally and physically, very much to the credit of the coaches who encouraged me daily to be safe and healthy, while pushing me to do my best.

I like the team mentality of the workouts, the friendly and obliging staff, the convenient parking, and good music!
Great variety of programs, fast-paced, high intensity, excellent coaches to keep you motivated and focused throughout your daily workout.
OrangeTheory Fitness does a splendid job as a gym compared to what most gyms get only partially right, and I would recommend it to anyone. It provides a communal atmosphere and a challenging, time-efficient workout that can help anyone get in shape if they are dedicated to it.
1. You build a sense of community there as you see the same people in your class times and get to know them. If you start skipping, they ask where you have been, which helps keep you accountable.
2. The workouts are designed to challenge you, regardless of your level, and they vary every day. As people become more fit, their workouts will meet them halfway.
3. You never have to wait for equipment, and equipment is always wiped down after use. You don't have to worry about people hogging the equipment or not wiping it down.
4. The playlists are great.
5. The coaches challenge you and will correct your form as needed. You get the benefit of personal training without the cost or the constant babysitting from one.
6. The heart rate monitor and monitor screen give you continuous feedback about how you are doing and whether you need to ramp up your effort a notch for maximal benefit.
7. OTF has occasional extra challenges for additional fun. Some of these include Hell Week (complete at least 5 workouts in 8 days and earn a t-shirt), Dri Tri (triathlon-like activity consisting of 2000m row, 300 floor exercises, and a 5K treadmill run), and the Weight Loss Challenge (complete at least 3 workouts for week and compete for cash based on highest percentage of weight lost).
I love all of the feedback from your trainers, love the classic rock workout song lists and the modifications suggested by trainers. You also have experienced trainers
The workouts are challenging but doable. The staff is really nice and always makes you feel welcome. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, Meghan is awesome. I love being able to schedule my classes through the app and also track my progress. It's sometimes tricky getting into the evening classes so you'll want so book as early as possible.
I'm focused solely on my goals and what the coach is directing us to do. Everyone is in their own zone. The atmosphere felt very welcoming.
This place is perfect for a good high energy workout that your body will love. The staff is nice and always helpful and they even ask about you when you aren't there. I love it!
I absolutely love Orange Theory! Within the last eight weeks, I have attended classes with almost all of the coaches and they are all great. They challenge you without making you feel poorly about your current fitness level. The front desk staff and the owners of this gym are always super friendly as well.
I started out planning to attend only twice a week but quickly became obsessed after seeing and feeling my results. I now average 6 days a week and look forward to each workout. I really can't say enough good things about this gym!
Visited because I was out of town and enjoyed it! Smaller facility than my hometown orangetheory but I liked it! Nicole was the trainer, she was very good at explaining the instructions and keeping everyone motivated during the workout.
