The lululemon at Summit team is wonderful!
I am a petite so 7/8 length is perfect for me. Last week I couldn't find a beautiful blue color Align pants in 7/8 length so had to get normal Align pants to ask them to cut the length. Unfortunately the length came out about an inch shorter than what I wanted. I was disapponred.
They always are willing to help what customer wants to. The staff and manager offered me a new pants to cut the length again for me. So appreciate and impressed their team work. Love lululemon!
I mean, it's a lululemon... The staff is super nice and the clothes are soft. Nothing else really to say

Cute little store, amazing and knowledgeable staff, and pleasant location. I went in looking for a new exercise shirt and the Lululemon team was not only very responsive but also knew a lot about their products and selections. The only two reasons I don't give it a 5 star are because (1) the in store selection was a bit small and (2) the prices are a bit steep. But I don't hold those things against this particular store as I know that's a company thing. Overall, if you are curious about Lululemon, definitely stop by!
I recently made my first visit ever to the lululemon store. I was a bit nervous, having heard the culture can be a bit snobby. I went in having an idea of what I wanted, but nothing else. Immediately upon entering, a young woman greeted me and helped me throughout my entire visit. She pulled sizes for me, answered my many questions, was attentive at the fitting room, and so on. Never once did I feel pressured, or like I "didn't belong" because I wear one of the largest sizes they offer. Not at all. I ended up buying two pairs of pants to try. I will mention that a different girl checked me out at the register and while polite, she did not seem as educated on the products when I asked more questions. I'd rather have the other girl helping but she was busy. I wish I could've gotten her name because she was so sweet and made my first (nervous) experience with lululemon a great one. If you go in needing help, look for a young woman with dark hair and tan skin tone.

Disgusting customer service. Was told I could return something over the phone, when I came in the girl who helped me just shoulder shrugged. It's such a shame what has happened with young adults in customer service, and it's more disappointing that someone younger than her could recognize this.

I have always loved Lulu and now I have an even better love for them and those who work there. I am in graduate school and I'm currently taking a class on adapted physical activity and had a lesson plan to visit my favorite places to see if they are wheelchair accessible for those with disabilities. Lululemon at Fritz Farm is SO wheelchair friendly and I never realized it until I had to do this lesson. I also brought my service dog in a few months back and they were all so welcoming and friendly like they always are. I have been meaning to leave a fabulous review for this place and these people and finally am getting a chance to. I want to thank them all for being so friendly and welcoming. Also, for supporting my major spending habits at Lulu (it's an addiction) and a good one because every product and piece I have from there has been fabulous whether it's just for something casual, running, lifting, or yoga. Lulu will forever be my favorite place to shop!

The store at the Summit however was the exact opposite of any high expectations set by other Lulu lemon stores. I came in to exchange merchandise I had bought yesterday and I had the tags and the receipt. I tried to explain to someone that I own another pair of these exact pants and they were more high waisted and asked if they had a more high waisted pair and she told me they were already high waisted and so then I told her I would just like to exchange them and put the money on a gift card and then I swear she just looked at me for like 45 seconds like I was crazy. There were several other employees in the store, one of whom I assumed was a manager and they all just watched instead of assisting. After looking at for the longest time, after I asked for the money to be put back on a giftcard, she tried to show me the other styles and I just stood where I was and said I don't want to look at any other ones, I'm on a time restraint and I would just prefer to get the money back on a gift card and then she just stopped and looked at me again and at this point I felt like all of the employees are just staring at me and I want to cry because I was so uncomfortable. She told me I was not allowed to do this again unless I had the tags attached to the item even though I had the tags there. I will never be shopping at this Lulu lemon again.
