Great place!. For 5 years I have been working out with Michael Seals at Strong Shop. As an "older" woman the benefits of this training has been amazing. Earlier this year I had a hard, stiff armed fall resulting in small fractures just below my elbow but did not need a cast.... more

Wonderful environment to learn to dance. Please come join us! The people are amazing. Grace is sublime. Britta is gorgeous. Its the bestest thing EVER!!!. I have never loved working out so much until Sweat! I decided to try them out because they have the most variety of early morning classes, which is what works best for my schedule.
