I started water aerobics to gain some strength. When I feel stronger, I am going to learn what machines will help me go forward. I can't wait to feel strong again.. Great place for the family to work out.... more

Since the rebrand and upgrade, I must say the equipment is excellent, this place has a top range of kit for free weight training, machine and cardio - can't fault it. The only downside really is that the shower area is a bit dated and doesn't look great, could do with a bit of investment to call the facility "Luxury".... more
It was a cheap monthy workout place but its closed. This place is now closed. Today was supposed to be the last day and when I showed up at 4am, all the equipment was gone. We got a one week notice via a sign on the door stating the last day the club would be open would be 11/30, but it closed prior to today.... more
My rating is all about the staff, in particular Lou. He is the best. Always friendly and helpful. I usually workout about 5 am and Lou starts my day with a happy greeting. It’s very much appreciated.... more
