Best gym I've ever been in!!! You can feel the power when you walk in!!!!!.My husband is a fan so when we went for a visit to California it was a must see stop for us. We were staying a hour away from the gym but still made sure to go and when we got at the location we were told from CT staff he was not in that day but would be the next day for a certain time and they gave us the time to come.... more

Boxing gym is a great spot to visit. Was in town for the weekend and is stopped by to check this place out. The owners wife greeted me and was super welcoming and friendly. I booked a day there and started hitting the pads.... more

I have been using iron house for over 7 years. Best gym hands down.never crowded so you always have equipment you need. Classes are great and GPT is even better. Amie and Tyler are amazing trainers and gym owners.... more
