I was passing through the area needed to get my workout in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean.. Every thing you could ever want when your working out a treadmill cinema which is great alot of space never too crowded really perfect nice locker rooms... more
Love the staff. Michael was awesome about showing me how to use the treads and smiles a lot . Merideth was amazing at showing me techniques for stretching and what I needed to do to meet my goals.... more
This place is dirty/smelly and run down. The staff are not very friendly.. Beth Bly's classes are the best here. Wish they would do some updating and bring back more activities for children over 7 like they used too.... more
