Really liked this location. I've been going to Rick Island but stopped over here tonight and it was completely empty and closed.

Been a member of this gym for many years. Under the new owners they have made many upgrades to the equipment. Very pleased with staff. Many classes to choose from. Fun place to do your work out.

Clean, friendly staff, modern maintained equipment. The gym members are polite and friendly these are the reasons I call it my gym.
