We visited a lot of studios and felt like family at this one. The best part about QC Family Martial Arts is that they do a fantastic job with the littles. My son was personally taught when he first started to catch him up to the group.... more

My girls love going to gymnastics at Jump Start! They are always so excited to go. The instructors do a really good at teaching them new skills. They also have lots of different equipment for the kids to use.... more

I was passing through the area needed to get my workout in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean.. Every thing you could ever want when your working out a treadmill cinema which is great alot of space never too crowded really perfect nice locker rooms... more
This place is dirty/smelly and run down. The staff are not very friendly.. Beth Bly's classes are the best here. Wish they would do some updating and bring back more activities for children over 7 like they used too.... more
