Love the trainers. Love that they offer childcare. Very affordable. Awesome staff that is always willing to help with any needs.. Amazing gym geared towards weightlifting. Lots of machines, free weights, and floor space, as well as several treadmills, a couple stair climbers, a few exercise bikes and ellipticals.... more
The staff here works really hard to help you reach your goal. They offer a trial period to see if the gym is a for you. Once you join they continue to check in with, not like most gyms once they get you to join they forget all about you.... more

Took swimming lessons here last year. Everything went well until the last lesson. I worked with Colin and he was amazing, very good teacher. Emma covered the last lesson, she is usually the youth's teacher.... more
Security is lacking. Front desk is often unattended and keycards no longer lock and unlock entrance door to the facility. Since entrance is always unlocked, It is easy for anyone to walk right in.... more
