I've been to Planet Fitness locations all over the country, and this one stacks up well against the best. It is also my home club. They maintain a level of cleanliness that is top-notch; the staff is personable and helpful; the equipment is well-maintained and spaced so that no one feels crowded. The biggest thing for me, though, has been the trainer, Jordan. He put together an exercise, stretching, and nutrition plan for me that has changed my life. It was all based on my goals (and my discipline), but Jordan knew what would encourage me and what would discourage me, and he has been there for me the entire way. Come to this gym, enjoy your workout, tell them I sent you.

I absolutely love this facility. The staff is so helpful and caring. Dan helped sign me up quickly and is always there if my friends or I need anything. I highly recommend plant fitness on Western for your fitness needs.

It is a very nice and clean facility, they just need to stop with the pizza and bagel days, this is a fitness facility!

I was not a gym person. All the equipment is easy to understand. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Horrible. Although prices are good beware of canceling. Im still having to pay my cancellation fee plus 10 buxx each month. Shown my cancellation form you them and still getting charged.

Good environment, staff are friendly. But some oh them dont pay attention when u tell them u want to tan for a few mins they will still set u for full time a.k.a Jocelyn

This is a great gym extremely clean. I even see the manager cleaning. Top of the line workout equipment. Try the Hydra bed awesome massage.

Love the 3rd Shift crew these guys are great !! Their very kind & make you feel @ home. Also the tanning beds are amazing !

Probably the nicest PF I've ever seen. The locker rooms looked like the kind you'd see at a country club. Spacious ,New equipment and everything look clean. Definetly get more than you pay for at this location.

Cheap way to stay fit. I'd give it a full 5 stars if they allowed dead lifts and had a normal squat rack/bench. Can't win em all I guess

****Note: I have never joined this gym and my review is only for the policy as it was explained to me over the phone.
After reading reviews, I didn't feel comfortable allowing the gym access to my bank account so I wanted to pay a lump sum. You can only buy 1 month or 18 months if you purchase a lump sum. I decided to get the 18 membership due to the cost savings. The fine print on this plan is that if you move, then you don't get any of your money back nor is it a guarantee that you can transfer the membership to your new location. So basically, you could lose the remaining balance if you moved which is very unusual for a chain. Not a bad thing as long as you know this upfront. This detail is hidden because no where on the website is this explained which is why I gave it a 1 star.

It's a decent place to workout but the space isn't utilized well. Has to much cardio equipment that isn't being used, they could scale back on some of it and bring in some different workout equipment.
