I like working out here. Great machines and private bathrooms with showers. They have also switched from paper disinfectant wipes to cloth wipes and spray bottles. Better for the environment!.... more

Its a great place to go..Everyone is so supportive ..and it works!!!!. Very vigorous workout, still sore after 3 days. The trainer made sure you were doing the exercises correctly and gave encouragement.... more
I go there for massages with Megan....Megan is the best. You can find Renovo at Vici in Rockford for individual and packages. So recommend!! Go to Groupon. Vici is truly a family.... more
This is definitely the place you want to be at. I had never done Crossfit and they made me feel like i was a part of them. My intimidation slowly went away. Great gym and great people.... more
