The staff at the Loves Park is absolutely tremendous! You are always welcomed in with smiles and a greeting. The gym is very clean too! Trainers are always helpful and the classes are a great time. They will help you achieve your fitness goals.

I have started to do some working out and it feels pretty good. I nirmally work 2 jobs 12 hours a day so I am adding this to help me. So I go very late at night not a lot of people around but mainly it is when I am from my jobs. Machines are CLEAN, well maintained, and staff is very friendly! I am asking a lot of questions since I am new and they are very nice explaining how everything works. Also get the BLACK CARD not the normal because you can use the message chairs and tables. I have not tried them yet but they are free I think with the black card membership so I will let you know how they are. Will set my alarm on phone in case I fall asleep..haha

The entire staff is stellar! I have never been to a Planet Fitness location with such an amazing group of individuals. They go above and beyond, and their kind nature and innate passion to help others is evident in their words and actions. They make the place feel like home.

The people that work there are super friendly and make an effort to get to know you a bit. I'm always greeted by name. It's always pristine in there. I go pretty late at night and have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I've not had one bad experience since I started going a couple of months ago.

I just have to say that this place sincerely impressed me with its cleanliness. Compared to my old gym, this was definitely an upgrade, which surprised me after hearing mixed reviews.

Nice clean place to work out. Lots of modern well maintained equipment. My only complaint is that it caters more to the fitness niche and less to the weight lifter with the selection.
Overall I gave it the 4/5.

great staff love this place and you can't beat the price. the employees are constantly busy cleaning exercise equipment and all the rooms be it tanning, bathrooms, or main exercise areas

For only $20 a month you can have unlimited use of the treadmill and other exercise equipment plus the free weights, as well as unlimited tanning and massage bed use. No gymtimidation!

Tanning beds are not cleaned properly. I used to work at a salon and this is how you clean beds: 1: use a NEW rag after each person!!!! 2: spray WILD the whole bed (That includes top lights, and sides because legs touch there) 3: start at top where the head goes and work your way down, if you EVER miss a spot after going down you need to get a NEW rag. NOBODY wants booty juices smeared to the head area!!! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY ON HOW TO CLEAN TANNING BEDS. This is after I've watched the workers cleaning on several occasions and have experienced dirty beds myself. They use the SAME RAG to clean after each person! Not okay!!! If you are going to offer these amenities then they should be treated with extra care considering peoples health is involved when it comes to laying on other people's sweat, fungus, and bacteria while naked or almost naked v.s In the gym area where people wear clothing. Also stand up tanning beds/red light deserve the same cleaning love. Whether you want to hear this or not, coming from a former salon worker, some customers will lean their back sides on the stand up ones. They also need to be sprayed all the way down and all the walls cleaned including the foot panel. Yes i can see the hand/greasy prints on the beds and stand ups. Also please try to clean your white walls in the tanning rooms or repaint over the brownish red spots. That's disgusting. The actual gym area is great for me and looks good which is why I still gave three stars. I understand 20$ is a great bargain for the black card, but there are no excuses when it comes to keeping a hygienic practice.

Dont get me wrong it's a good gym with your usual equipment. But when they send you in red light or tanning rooms and there's brown or red blood on the walls it's a turn off. I used to always prefer the Rockford location over loves park becuase the employees were friendlier and it was cleaner but the last few times i have been to loves park i was impressed. Cleaner and employees seem to be happy to be there. The manager Brianna was very helpfull with answering my questions. I can say loves park will see me more often again now.

I love this location and the manager Brianna is always welcoming and helpful. Club is always clean and the staff work hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment. Easily 5 stars and would recommend to anyone!

Everything was fine. But the bikes are not spin bikes and the seats are far too wide to get decent range of motion. The employee was also very slow to get me signed me. The process seemed to take forever and felt like it didn't need to.

Similar to the Rockford location they often feel a little understaffed during the busy times but manage it well. This place can get PACKED during peak hours but in general it flows well and people are respectful to each other.

I really like going to this gym, most of the staff are pretty friendly... But, if you want it clean you better go in the morning! I went about 10pm one night...it didn't look or feel like the same place...it was so dirty! I will definitely stick to mornings.

Wish people would leave their phones in lockers so machines don't get tied up with phone users and not actually using machines.
