Its a great place to go..Everyone is so supportive ..and it works!!!!. Very vigorous workout, still sore after 3 days. The trainer made sure you were doing the exercises correctly and gave encouragement.... more

This is definitely the place you want to be at. I had never done Crossfit and they made me feel like i was a part of them. My intimidation slowly went away. Great gym and great people.... more
