Said is a beast and a great teacher, as was MJ. Great people and has about everything to push yourself. Phenomenal coaching - they offer muay thai, mma, bjj, as well as boot camp. They strike a good balance between focusing on technique and getting you in great shape.... more

I used to come here and I remember they trained me for the first week and then after that no coach would approach me. Idk if it was personal but who cares now. The speed bags would also tear and be unusable but the replacement wouldn't come in for weeks at times.... more
