This place is family. Highly recommended if you want to train and build a sense of community in the BJJ and MMA world. Great coaches and infrastructure.
Highly recommend training here; awesome facility, instructors, and training partners. Felt a strong sense of camaraderie the first time I walked through the door and really appreciate how welcoming everyone is. If you want to improve your game, this is the place to go. A lot of great talent to learn from!

I love this team and academy. When I started training I knew that this team was special and have been a part of this beautiful family for the last ten years. I thoroughly enjoy all the time I spend on these mats.
This is hands down the best experience I've ever had at a gym. When you walk in, not only is everyone super friendly but you feel welcomed to be there. The gym itself is absolutely beautiful. They offer everything from strength and conditioning to jiu jitsu and yoga. The coaches are incredible. They are so skilled and experience but they making every class fun and easy to pick up. If you are looking for a high energy, positive gym experience. This is the place for you.

The space itself is totally zen, with a beautiful lounge and an outdoor space. Dino Costeas is an awesome coach and leader. His humble approach is so surprising, considering the results you'll see. TDC MMA and Fitness is the best place to learn martial arts in Chicago. The gym has quality equipment for martial arts and strength training. I appreciate the clean environment and the respect the owners and the students give the gym.
The instructors and students have created a respectful and inclusive community where everyone supports and pushes each other in their training. As a woman training mixed martial arts this is especially important to feel supported while still being pushed to reach my potential. Overall the caliber and quality of training is high.

This is not just a gym. This place is a home away from home. The training is untouchable, the equipment is top of the line and most importantly the atmosphere is welcoming. I have seen confidence built, strength gained and technique mastered with a community of people that will support you every step of the way. It's doesn't matter if it is your first day or you have been training for years.
This gym is the best! The strength and conditioning classes have helped me and my wife get in the best shape we've ever been in! I also love the welcoming team atmosphere.
