My friend and I went for the first time last night. It was wonderful! The teacher was really nice and patient. The class was great, lots of stretching and we felt great afterwards. The environment is calming and everyone can move at their own level. Thank you for a great experience!

I went to a Saturday at 10:30am class for the first time. I had very, little experience with yoga beforehand and this class was perfect. It was laid back and everyone is very helpful.
It's a lovely relaxing environment and I would recommend this class to everyone. I feel refreshed and stretched out after.
