This gym has been awesome from the start. My daughter quickly moved to the right level and received the right attention when we switched to IF Training Center. The owner has been amazing and they are well organized. She is so kind and generous and everyone there has been great! We love this gym and have been so happy with our switch!

This gym is just a glorified babysitter. You arent allowed to use any of the equipment/padding because they dont want it to get "worn out." Is that not what it's for though? To use, and why do people pay money to enter the center then. Every other gymnastic place I've been too had been way cheaper and they actually let you use the center for its purpose and all the padding and equipment in it. hence the reason it's a gymnastics center. I get it if they want to keep a couple pads nice for classes but all of them? The only other thing to do at that point is run around and if I wanted to do that I'd go outside for free.. So you're not allowed to use any of the equipment or padding, you cant use the crash mats placed already at the end of the running trampoline. You can only bounce on the running trampoline, and the only equipment you are allowed to use is a foam football you can rent out...what is the point of the gym. It should be free entrance if you arent allowed to use any equipment for there intended use at that point. Horrible experience and I'll say again, just a glorified babysitter. And honestly they didnt even do the babysitting job well, because there was no coaches on the floor, and one staff in the whole building with little kids packed all over the place not payed attention to at all. Just pathetic they even call themselves a gymnastics center.

DO NOT HOLD YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!! Possibly the worst party experience I have ever had for my son. I called multiple times and had extreme difficulties contacting the place. Should have been my hint to not hold my son's party here. But he wanted this location badly so I made the reservation. Had to go for a Sunday and not a Saturday because it took me more than a week to make contact. We arrived 15 min early to the gym. Doors locked and nobody was there. Waited until party time and nobody arrived to put on the party. So picture it... A party of 15 children and parents sitting around 10 min passed party time waiting for hostess to arrive. Pizza guy shows up and is sitting and waiting too. Call the number and I can hear the phone ringing inside the empty building. I ask the pizza guy if he has another number for them. He provided me another number. I call the number and lady on the other end of the phone says, "Oh my gosh!! I forgot!" Are you kidding me???!! You forgot? At this point I'm literally so angry I can't think straight. Calling every other place in Idaho Falls trying to find some place I can run too and improvise a party in on a Sunday. Nothing open. 40 min after designated party time, hostess FINALLY arrived. Generally apologetic and fortunately party goes ok. At least cake and preparations we're set up the night before. Party itself went well and they did not charge my for it. As I would assume anybody in thier position at this point would do. But you have got to be kidding that a place this large could just forget a party that I was supposed to pay up between $165 to $200 (depending on how many attend) for an hour and a half. And I am quite sure if the pizza guy had not provided me the number, it would have been forgotten completely.

My sons loves this place and they could have gotten many years of parties out of my family and friends but all of my guests said they would not throw a party here ever. I was leary of letting someone else put on the party event entirely for me. Lesson learned. If you are gonna let someone else put on the party leave it to companies that do that. I jump, blast off, etc. This company may be able to teach gymnastics but they don't do well with parties.

Owner has a really abrasives personality and doesn't seem to want my business. We signed our 3 year old up for the flippers class, the first class we went to he was over whelmed, but joined in by the end and coach mackenzie was great. The next time we went on a different day, different coach, the coach of the class wasn't showing the kids what to do he was only saying the names of different moves and wanting the kids to do them. My child along with the three other children in the class we're confused as to what to do. When I brought this to the owner's attention, and suggested that maybe the coach should show the kids what to do she acted like my kid must just be dumb for not knowing what to do. He's not dumb, he's a 3 year old trying gymnastics for the first time. So we decided to move down to the mom and tots class. By that time our son had had two negative experiences with the warm up portion and was uncomfortable doing anything but running. But after warm ups the coach was better when he could work one on one with our son once the group moved beyond the warm ups. Then he was patient and personable and our son eventually tried some of the exercises and then joined the group, fully participating. We are going to continue with the mom and tots class and see if he can gain confidence with parent helping along side. So we're going to give it another chance and see if our experience improves.

My kids love Idaho Falls Training Center! My 5 year old son gets so excited every time we go to class. His coach has helped him so much with following directions, increasing his focus & increasing his upper body strength.

My 2 year old thrives in the mommy & toddler class. We love going together. It's so fun to see her learn & that she understands so much even though she can hardly speak. Her coach is so patient, fun & accomodating to my daughter's needs.

Tena, the owner, has such a passion for helping these kids improve their lives. She is so hands on & makes us feel so welcome there.

I can't say enough great things about this gym. Thank you Idaho Falls Training Center!

3 of my kids have attended IFTC for 3 months.
Prior to this we attended the only other full apparatus gym in IF for 3 years. I did not have issues with the other gym but when I switched the comparison between the two places was drastic.
They guarantee at least 4 lessons each month so if your lesson lands on a holiday they will offer a makeup class. When we went out of town during their lessons they let us to a makeup. When my daughter sprained her foot and missed 3 classes, they reimbursed us for those lessons with doctor's note.
There is no waiting time for one class to check out and the next class to begin. When the hour for class begins my kids are immediately on the floor warming up with coaches and they are working until the exact minute class ends. This is because they have a system in place that makes class transitions very efficient.
I could go on and on with reasons why I like this place. Let me just end with - the other gym was 6 minutes from my house and IFTC is 17 minutes to drive to. It is absolutely worth the drive for the better experience our whole family is having.
