I have been attending Arbor for 6 months so I feel like I can now officially give a true honest opinion. Arbor Crossfit is hands down the best for so many reasons!! The coaches are the top of the line and care about form and safety for athletes above all else. They are encouraging and very aware of where each athlete is at as far as capability goes. They help modify movements to ensure proficiency, skill, and GAINZZZ!
Arbor is definitely a community. Everyone encourages one another in moments of weakness and celebrates hard work.
If that is not enough for you and you need proof that Arbor rocks in numbers---I had a visit to the bod pod after four months of Arbor conditioning. Analysis showed I lost 6% fat and gained 6.7pounds of muscle! That could not have been done without the awesome WOD programming. It is not random WODS everyday, Arbor programing is very strategic. Need more numbers? I improved my military physical fitness test score from 90% to 97.4%. This year, I did not specifically train for the test as I usually do because Arbor trains you for life.
In summary, just drink the koolaide---come work out with us!! It is WORTH EVERY DANG PENNY!
