*If you are looking for a new gym, PLEASE READ*
When you hear CrossFit I am sure a number of mixed emotions arise: Is it safe? Are the trainers competent? How do I start? I've never worked out before, can I do it?
Let me put this to rest for you. You have found the right place. I am a local health care provider that specializes in functional movement rehabilitation and structural correction of the spine. I live breathe and sleep spine and extremity injuries in practice. I have full trust in Basile and his team when it comes to strength and power exercise. Never in my career have I worked with a gym owner, like Basile, who has a keen sense of when movement or structure is dysfunctional, knows how to address it, and knows when to send someone out to be evaluated further to get help to make sure that his athletes can exercise in a safe manner. I have a lot of respect for Basile and in my eyes, respect has to be earned, especially within the fitness industry. Basile and his team are knowledgeable on limitations, how to progress someone in exercise, and ultimately how to keep a CrossFit setting not only safe, but effective. If you are sifting through reviews trying to find a place to go when it comes to fitness, CrossFit Verdant is on the top of my list, it should be on yours as well.
