I've been training at Kvell Fitness for a little over 1 month, and am very pleased with my experience so far. Each workout can be tailored for different levels of fitness, from beginner to elite, and the trainers are constantly moving around the gym, checking for proper form and encouraging you to dig a little deeper and give a little more. The workouts last about 45 minutes, from beginning to end, and start promptly on the hour. The first 7 minutes of the workout are spent doing foam rolling, followed by a warmup and explanation of the workout, and then the workout itself. The monthly membership includes unlimited classes and body scans - I find the body scans particularly helpful because the trainers help you learn to read it, and you can see a breakdown of your body composition (body fat, water weight, lean muscle mass) so you can really get an idea of what you need to work on (drinking more water, eating more protein, decreasing body fat percentage). There are numerous classes offered during the day, starting as early as 5am, so there are no excuses not to get your workout in!
