I am from Virginia and was in town on business. Wanting to get in a workout while on the road to satisfy that CF craving, I walked into CF Rallypoint. The coaches and members were friendly and extremely helpful. I am going home with some tips I feel will assist in nailing a muscle up one day. The coaches were attentive to technique which is a sign of a good BOX from my point of view. Thanks guys. I'll see you the next time I'm in town.
