Loved the yoga Nidra with Naomi. She is kind, welcoming and has so much knowledge about the benefits of practice. She was born to teach! Lovely natural light in a very comfortable, open studi with NO mirrors. Huge plus for me! I get distracted. Thank you for having restorative classes available.

Absolutely love yoga classes with Jen!. Also had a tarret card reading from her months ago, she saw children in my future, a month later we found out we we're expecting as well as two of my sister in laws. Also enjoyed a very relaxing Thai massage !

Wonderful wonderful! The teachers are very nice and patient. I feel comfortable even though I'm a beginner. They also offer body work and shamanic sessions.
Love the small studio. Great if you like to have a more personable, small class. Just make sure you arrive early so you get a spot!

I enjoy coming here whenever possible. All the instructors are very knowledgeable about Yoga and are always very pleasant to be around. All skill levels are welcome.
