We have been nothing but pleased with the service and staff at Wings. Unfortunately we were unable to continue due to school and work obligations. However, when we went to cancel our account, we had an error. When I called to find out why we were charged even though we had canceled (or thought we had) the staff was gracious and refunded our payment. They did not have to do this but the fact that they overlooked my operator error and refunded us our payment just shows what an amazing company this is. Thanks Wings!
4 year old enrolled in gymnastics there. Too high of teacher to kid ratio, had a poorly trained teacher who displayed no little to no empathy/care or caution which ultimately caused us to leave there after two significant injuries occurred. Would be cautious about enrolling your child there or just use extreme caution with expectations of staffs abilities. They had no formal process for handling injuries or process improvement. Would expect high level of risk for kids to continue that is what prompted the negative review.
Both my kids love this place. Great staff, plenty to do. Best daycare in the valley.

Been taking my kids to wings for 10 years and it only gets better. The staff is great, the program is amazing and my kids love it. The front office always answers any questions I have and there response time is great. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.!!

Amazing coaches, who provide an individualized approach to coaching (providing each child with what they work best with), yet emphasizing the team atmosphere and qualities. My girls have learned so much about gymnastics, and life here!

Love the gymnastics program
Great gymnastics school. Our 3 year old loves it and we enjoy watching all the talent there.
It's okay the children I take love playing there it's just the staff isn't very friendly or doesn't seem happy to be there but luckily they don't go there full time I don't know if they would like it as much if they went full time and also they are always on there phones backs to the kids. I've seen it a few times now
Don't waste your time. Mountain West is a MUCH better program. Wings seemed like a great place with great equipment, but we attended Wings for a year and the high school student teachers practiced more daycare than gymnastics development. Wings guaranteed an 8 to 1 student teacher ratio, but frequently we observed 10 students participating. My daughter lost interest due to this approach and we stopped going. A year later, her interest returned so I called Wings to check on classes and express my concerns. The counter lady was grumpy and gruff and eventually referred me to the gymnastics director. When I indicated my concerns about student ratios and wanting gymnastics coaching and not just expensive daycare, she first tried to deny that they had EVER had more than 8 kids in a class and instead of trying to reassure me that they would focus on better coaching with my daughter she said and I quote, "if I don't want a daycare approach to my daughter's gymnastic training, I'd be better served going down the street to Mountain West Gymnastics where she would get more developmental training/coaching." Yes... she said that... Direct quote.... On the bright side, she was right. I found Mountain West to be lower cost with excellent focus on gymnastic development! Too bad Wings... we were really hoping for a more positive experience.
Fantastic staff. Very clean. Have two kids that have gone here since kindergarten. They always have fun and are well taken care of.
There seems to be some confusion- the Wings Center is the entire building housing all the facilities, whereas Planet Kid is the just the portion where kids can run & climb through various obstacles, walkways & tunnels. My daughter loves this place.
