I train with Chris West every Sunday at HMC in Kaimuki. He's a great coach. He's one of the top MMA coaches in Hawaii. Great wrestling coach, Great kickboxing coach & great jiu jitsu coach. You're sure to learn a ton and there's not a ton of students so it's almost like having private lessons.
