This place has changed my life! I said I would never work out. Joined when my weight loss journey stalled. I love the small group classes, 1:1 attention, trainers, location!.I went from hating exercise to hating missing my class!! I get bored easily but not at Get Fit!! Love the fact that they are open 24 hrs 7 days a week except Christmas Day! Plenty of different equipment to attack the different muscle groups u may be concentrating on. I do have a few things that could be addressed.... more
Seemed very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the body.I enrolled for a personal training when they attended for wellness fair in our company last year and I paid the entire fee for my schedule at once and they said they will refund the money any time for unused classes my first few classes were good and all of a sudden my trainer left the place and they asked me to continue with a new trainer which i am not comfortable.... more
Very disappointed in this gym. I pay for the membership and can not get in the gym because my credit card # disappears in their system. Is that my issue or something the gym should fix? Imagine, getting ready to go workout and then not being able to get into the gym.... more
I went in to do the "free" challenged and ended up getting talked into doing the 12-month contract. After I realized how ridiculous it was the next day, I tried to cancel and was made to run around trying to contact an "Account Manager" who could handle this.... more
