After being closed for a couple of months due to Covid, I thought for sure the place would be clean. I thought wrong. Dust and sweat stains all over the equipment. They should have used the downtime to clean this place.... more
She is the worst trainer. I should said a flake. She does not show up to the training sessions , she calls you 10 min before the session to cancel the session. DO NOT PAY HER OF HIRED HER.... more
I love Iyengar style yoga, out of all the different styles I find it the most comfortable and flexible for my body's quirky issues with their use of blankets, blocks and straps to arrive the body.... more
I love the classes and the people that go there and work there are very friendly. The equipment is superb. The Y has an excellent indoor six lane pool with diligent lifeguards.... more
