Gustavo, the owner, is the best personal trainer ever! His extensive experience, commitment, and passion for what he does, made me enjoy going to the gym... what is especially impressive, considering I was a person who regarded the gym as an unpleasant sacrifice.
And his gym is fabulous... ! Brand new high quality equipment, clean, kind people, etc. ; and most importantly, he is there assisting everyone while spreading his passion for fitness.
At Fitness 1440 Pompano Beach you are not just a number, you are a person (a very important one), and you will find your routine custom tailored for your unique demands!

I really like this gym !
It is very clean and spacious, with good equipment. The owner is very friendly, has a passion for his work, and he is a good personal training. I recommend to all my friends to visit the Fitness 1440 Pompano Beach, it's a great place for a good workout.

I love this gym. It's totally new, with a lot of space to do excercise. Gustavo is an excellent trainer, tell you how to do your excercise routine and help you all the time. The equipment is modern and the gym is located in a very good area at Pompano Beach. I totally recommend 1440 Fitness!

I love this gym! I haven't worked out in over 6 months. I just moved in the area and was searching for a good local gym to go to. I read the reviews online and decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted by Gustavo, the owner, and he has been the greatest! He taught me how to workout the core aspects of my body and taught me conditioning. It's awesome that I can get a personal trainer and a gym membership all at once. I thought that pays for itself. And I was right. I've been coming here consistently and already started getting amazing results in just 3 weeks. If you're the type of person that's looking for a gym with good vibes this is definately the gym to join. Everything is great, the size, the music, the vibes, and plus you get a free 1 week trial!

Great gym! Clean and comfortable. Very nice range of equipment from machines to free weights. The owner Gustavo is wonderful and very involved in the gym. It's refreshing to be able to talk to an owner rather than a corporate entity. They will put on music that you like to work out to and motivate and encourage you to succeed in whatever fitness goal you have. Personal training with Gustavo is great, he helps you stretch after the workout and is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. I recommend to all my friends and family.

This is the best gym I have ever trained so far. Brand new Matrix equipment, great ambience and professional fitness instructors. Gustavo helped me to build a workout plan which best fits my body structure and goals. Great place.

Convenient location in Old Pompano, with a comfortable community vibe. Gustavo, the owner, is among the best trainers I've met; he's helpful to ensure you do the exercises correctly and really cares. I dislike stretching, but know how important it is at 53 - he's a big help with that. I'm getting back in shape after a few years of the sedentary, corporate lifestyle. Fitness 1440 has new, top-of-the-line Matrix equipment - which is Gustavo's preference, and it is all very nice. If you seek a boutique gym to customize a routine that suits your situation, you'll find it.
