Skanda Yoga has tought me proper alignment, proper form with a focus of the Mayan calendar. Such combination feels as a true meditation instead of Asana practice. I have been able to take the teacher training and have learned so much about my body, my practice, my focus and breath.... more

Gave this place another chance after a bad experience around a year ago. Sad to say not much has changed minus a paint job and more clothing and junk for sale as soon as you walk in.... more
