This is not another gym or academy. This is a community, a team, a family. I travel all the way from Vienna to train with these worldclass human beings, in the sweaty heat of Miami. Osu.

I was invited to attend classes one evening by a friend and yoga teacher; after participating in the yoga and mobility classes and a conversation with Kancho Cameron Shayne, I signed up that night and have been there almost every day for the last seven months. There is no place else like this in Miami and or anywhere else that I have lived for that matter. When you walk into Budokon, you become a member of a community of individuals dedicated to improving their minds and bodies and helping one another to do the same. This is a place to grind, redefine yourself and transform your life.

I had taken a leap year from the gym, and it was hard for me to find motivation in all the programs out there, fortunately I found Budokon academy, Nothing is coincidence my friends, this Gym or as I call it (Dojo) have it all, fulfill from my passion from martial arts, through my curiosity for healthy eating and balance life style. truly amazing people, with a combination of different movement arts, such as calisthenics, Budokon Movement, Yoga, and Jiu jitsu. all the classless are great and integrate each other, if you are looking for conditioning, strength , getting to know your body and soul, this Dojo is must. very please on everything. thank you very much, truly amazing people teach the classes, engaging all the time with the students, can't ask for more. thanks.

If a yoga studio, ninja school and indoor playground were to have a love child - this space would be it.
crowd is younger/mature and friendly. This might be superficial, but a lot of the people are good looking. Calisthenics classes are intense. Staff is friendly and don't pressure you.

One word... unreal. From the knowledge of the teachers, to the versatility of the space BDK provides you with an amazing workout! It it's an awesome aide to life changes and above all they will have you swear a waterfall, while standing in place. Luv It

The academy is all-around welcoming. The space is great and the people are awesome! Budokon is physically, mentally, and spiritually challenging. I see the benefits of my practice show up in all areas of my life. I highly recommend Jose, he is a fantastic instructor. His dynamic classes and positive energy keeps me going. Keep rocking!
