HOT yoga was intense, but worth it!! I came here with friends and left feeling so good! The instructors were patient and worked with me to perfect my poses. LOVED IT!
Great place. Carolina is absolutely amazing and her prenatal class is a must for any pregnant lady who wants to stay positive, safe , and healthy!
I hope this is the same Vanilla Sky Yoga Studio in Miami that I went to because I did not have a pleasant experience such as ya'll.
Let's start with the class scheduling and website: yes, there is a variety of classes; so much so that it'd be helpful to a newbie if there was a video or even a clip as to what all the classes are like.
I would like to register for my spot in a class online without paying anything in advance especially if it's my first time.
I would like to get an automated text telling me if the class I chose is CANCELLED so I don't waste time and Uber money to get to the studio and end up doing a class I did not intend to take.
This place is not organized with scheduling and canceling. There should be someone to substitute classes cancelled. It's not fair to those who have their heart set in something.
I gave this place a second chance and it was worse the second time... class was supposed to start at 11am. I got to the building at 1040am and it was locked, which is ok at first. At about 1045 people started coming for class. At 11am there were four people outside waiting until 1110am or so. We started late and the class itself was unorganized.
The instructor did not have a flow to her class and lost control of the students who were trying to do their own thing as she was talking. She seemed like she had nothing planned for the class.
Irresponsible.... it was frustrating.

Wow this place is impressive. The hot yoga was a challenging but cleansing class. The instructor was graceful and helpful, Finishing the class with foot massages and a beautiful song by the instructor herself. The place is mindful, clean, and prepared. The music was also really thoughtful and suiting! Will go back.

A group of us went to the Aerial Yoga class taught by Kimberely as a fun activity for my bachelorette party. We totally loved it! Frank set it up for us (since we were coming from out of town) over the phone and he was great! Kimberley was a great instructor and was very patient with us newbies lol. Plus she took photos for us at the end of class for our souvenir. The class is challenging and an awesome workout. I was amazed at how strong I was lol. Overall I would highly recommend the studio to anyone that wants a great and different workout!

Love this studio! Have had amazing classes with Julianne, Silvina and Souren! Silvina is so calming yet motivating, and Julianne is so uplifting and encouraging! Last Friday, I had a nearly private class with Souren. Ive been practicing yoga for over 3 years now, but learned so much more about every pose (that I've been doing nearly everyday) with her help
Did my first Yoga session over there. Amazing atmosphere and caring yoga teachers. I can strongly recommend going there.
Wonderful Sunday night warm yin yoga led by Souren. The class was perfect for different levels of practice. She gave adjustments as needed. I loved the dim room lit only with candles. Beautiful studio, free street parking, overall A+ experience!

Beware! First and foremost Frank Gonzalez has never been a trainer anywhere for anyone. He is NOT a strength trainer and does NOT have years of experience. What he is, is a liar and a con-man. He has swindled many people in this town. This is probably why he does not show his likeness on his business page. He comes off as this wholesome family man, don't let that fool you. Ask him to show you verifiable credentials. Do your due diligence before you give him your $ or CC info.
Had visited the space when it was under a different administration but I saw today how it has been recently renovated with new floors, bathrooms and showers. Went to the aerial yoga introduction class and I loved it! Meredith the instructor was welcoming and attentive, it is a really fun class. Would absolutely recommend

This studio is the best in Brickell, and that is because it has the best teacher teaching there. Maday Bu anchors the schedule. She is the only teacher there that teaches Hot Yoga AND restorative, and that's because she is THE BEST!!! I never miss her Hot Yoga classes, Sunrise classes MWF 6:30am fuel the start of my day, and her Sunday night 6:30pm extra sweaty power class is a great way to end the week. I like to pair that with her Sunday night 8pm special restorative class. They go great together to prepare you for the week.

What I love about this studio is the warm welcome it provides for all students! Beginners are encouraged and practicing amongst former teachers, advanced students, and other inspiring athletes. I loved it so much, I started volunteering in exchange for complimentary classes almost a year ago and it's truly transformed my life! They have a great karma volunteer program highly recommended to join, as well as fun workshops, retreats, and weekly meditations. A community of love, inspiration, and transformation starts at Fred Busch's Miami Yoga studio!
