Amazing vicinity! Staff is enormously pleasant and useful and the trainers push you to your max! The exercises are constantly different so you by no means attain a plateau and it's an appropriate aggregate of persistence, electricity, & energy! I'm inspired how a good deal I've improved in only one month!

The staff is always welcoming to everyone with a big smile and put in so much effort remembering everyone's names. That to me is very important because it always sets the tone for the environment.Then the coaches follow up on the positive and welcoming environment and sincerely care for the clients.From head coach Anna, coach Tonya, coach Amber and coach Sandy - they create a wonderful family environment and make us all feel a part of something.

Coaches are amazing they are always pushing me up to get my best!. I love to go there because each exercise is better than. Before and make feel strong burning calories and modeling my body... I think this is the best and more complete exercise that I have been practice..because is whole body workout..
I love Anna, Amber and Toya they are the best!!!!!!

Owner/manager is racist. Management is horrible. Use south beach location. Such nicer people n so much more fun.

This place is horrible to work with, I ever heard and my fiancé experience, firing people over the text for silly reason but also unprofessional people to work with please AVOID this place, not worth it.

I went tow times to this location and did not get the workout summaries.
First because the e mail was not added correctly. And second because the front desk lady did not care.
1st there is a wrong way to deliver the information to the customer,
2nd the personal it is not well train regarding the use of the technological devices
3rd there is no proactivity from the personal or the intention to help the customer.
4th what is the point of paying an expensive membership if you do not have a track of your results?
Please keep this in mind.

Moved to an area without an Orange Theory nearby, They refuse to cancel my membership without charging me for a full month ($169.00 even though I've been a freeze fee for months.
If the would of explained this to me from the begginging I would of cancled the last month I had used the gym in March 2017. I put the account on freeze from March till now paying $15 per month to keep the account active since I wanted to go back. Since then I had to move to a different city that doersnt have any orange theories close to home. I moved for my elderly father to help run his business. I would think given the circumstances they could waive charging me a full month to cancel.
Ive always been on good terms with the gym and always paid. Apparently clients going through some issues and moving thier life is no interest to this locations. Even equinox let me cancel my membership for moving out of town. Avoid orange theory at all costs. I don't treat people like this in my business and nor should they.
