I called the owner several months ago to cancel my membership, she said she would and I texted right away as a reminder to cancel as well. Next month, charged again. Called again and they said that I needed to send an email, as that's the only way they can cancel a membership, I emailed. Next month, charged again. My experience with the cage has essentially become 1. get charged..... 2. dispute the charge with my credit card for a refund. What a bunch of lazy, disgusting snakes. I received the failed to process payment email from them for months, and then they sent it to collections for $800, trying to charge me for the whole year after i already canceled with them..... stay far away from this place if you don't want to be paying for the rest of your life!
