My favorite workout in Miami! Very professional trainers, fun class which flies by, and results show very fast. Convenient location and great facilities.
One of the best Boxing Clubs I've ever been to! The instructors are great they push you to your limits and encourage you to keep up the good work!! The studio is very well maintained, never overcrowded and filled with positive vibes. 100% recommended to anyone!
I called the owner several months ago to cancel my membership, she said she would and I texted right away as a reminder to cancel as well. Next month, charged again. Called again and they said that I needed to send an email, as that's the only way they can cancel a membership, I emailed. Next month, charged again. My experience with the cage has essentially become 1. get charged..... 2. dispute the charge with my credit card for a refund. What a bunch of lazy, disgusting snakes. I received the failed to process payment email from them for months, and then they sent it to collections for $800, trying to charge me for the whole year after i already canceled with them..... stay far away from this place if you don't want to be paying for the rest of your life!
They are thieves, do not sign up for a membership with them. They will not let you cancel even though they say they will cancel your membership and keep charging you for months afterward.

I have been a member at this club for three months now. Two months longer than I wanted to be. After one month, I quickly realized it did not fit into my schedule and I wanted to cancel my membership. I had only signed up for the month to month membership because I am a very busy person and knew it may not work out. Although when trying to cancel my membership I called the Cage about a dozen times with no response and no voicemail box. After going to the Cage I was told that with one email it would be handled. Three emails with no responses later more money was taken from my account. It was the day after the money was withdrawn from my account when I received an email to cancel my membership. I was told by the owner that she was too busy to read all her emails, although she was the one who told me to email her to cancel my membership. When I asked for a refund I was told they do not handle refunds.
I guess I just wanted to warn people that this business is run poorly, although the classes are very nice. But if you ever want to cancel a membership, don't expect it to happen quickly.

This class is really satisfying. It's sensational, actually. Through Class Pass I've been experimenting with different workouts and of all the classes I've attended, The Cage Boxing Club Miami exemplifies the ideal class. The instructors are excellent coaches and are super friendly. I recommend this class whether you are new to exercising, as I am, or whether you are athletic; this class is comprised of a variety of different body types. If you're on the fence on whether to or not to check this place out, I say just do it. You'll be hooked and wish you found this place sooner. I have only attended two beginners' classes, and I already feel stronger.
