They are open for people whose gym has closed. They are following strict cleanliness protocol... Most of the equipment is brand new, with proper maintenance. The staff is fine and ready to help.... more

The children advance as they learn,the coaches are knowledgeable and professional. If your child really wants to learn gymnastics I highly recommend this place. More than enough equipment and this place has a cinema cardio room, what more do I have to say?... more
Balance Culture has such an inviting atmosphere and all of the instructors are so kind and encouraging! I never thought I'd be the kind of person to attend a 7am workout class, but BC has motivated me to care more about fitness and my body! So thankful we have a place like this in Lakeland!.... more
I am lihana carlo and i think the gymnastics for her is alsome. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the children learn alot.Its not as close as other places from my house,but worth it because of the professionalism of the program.... more
Best group ever. 8/13/18 was only my second meeting after paying for a 3 month. I was very disappointed in how unorganized this meeting was. I arrived at 5:55 pm and stood in line until 7:00 just to get weighed and missed the entire meeting.... more
This LA fitness is by far the most ancient looking hole in the wall type of junkyard location I've ever seen. No pool/no basketball court/no jacuzzi. ALL the equipment is super old and rusted.... more
