Balance Culture has such an inviting atmosphere and all of the instructors are so kind and encouraging! I never thought I'd be the kind of person to attend a 7am workout class, but BC has motivated me to care more about fitness and my body! So thankful we have a place like this in Lakeland!

The Balance Culture is an amazing studio in Lakeland! I love the atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming, and the classes are so fun and an amazing workout for all levels! They are the only studio in the Lakeland area to offer barre classes and they are so much fun!!
The Balance Culture is absolutely amazing. Not only are the Barre classes amazing, but the community they have created is just what Lakeland needed!!!
Lakeland is moving on up and so are our booties thanks to The Balance Culture.

BEWARE BEWARE - I gave Balance Culture permission to use my credit card(over the phone) for the summer program for 2 months as a gift to my daughter as she was getting in shape for her wedding. Once her time was up she was told she would have to resign up to come back. She did not want to go back, but guess what they continue to charge my card for five more months, knowing that they did not have my permission to use it. ( I call that stealing) I called and they said she would have to of came in to cancel although I asked them , " my card will only be used for the summer program only?" and I was told yes. They told me I should take this up with my daughter, but they or my daughter can use my card without permission. I asked why would I pay for something I or she ever used again and they said alot of people do. I will take this up with my credit card company! ( they tend to frown on FRAUD )
So I am not one to write reviews, but honestly felt like I had to after last night.
Let me start off by saying that I have never been one to enjoy going to the gym. In fact, I am normally too terrified to even go and just stay home. However, my friend had been begging me for weeks to come take a class with her at BC and after running out of excuses (bear attacks are few and far between in Lakeland) I finally agreed to go to Booty Camp with her. After spending all day psyching myself up (i'm not kidding when I say the anxiety is real when it comes to other people seeing me workout) we finally headed over and I can't even begin to describe to you how happy I am that I went.
We walked in and instantly my anxiety went away. Everyone was so welcoming and I absolutely loved our instructor Tara. She kept encouraging everyone to push themselves to their limit, whilst listening to their bodies. Not once did I feel out of place or embarrassed because I could not keep up with the class (booty camp ain't no joke!). My legs feel like jello today and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! x
