Great environment to workout and coach Bryant makes the sessions enjoyable and motivating.
I worked out with Orangetheory Fitness two years ago to get ready to raft the Grand Canyon, which worked wonderfully! I was prepared physically and executed the trip with ease. Now, I have my wedding coming up in a few months and wanted to get back into that shape. The equipment and technology are up to date. The trainers are very conscientious both during the workout and of your overall goals. I highly recommend them!
Overpriced - Money Grabbing Business!
$139.00 a month, $12 every time you cancel a class, $5.00 every class to rent the heart monitor & a 30 day cancellation policy. Overpriced workout with no creativity. Half the class your on the treadmill, half your on the rowing machine and a little bit of weights. You can do this on your own! Don't waste your money find a gym that cares about you and not just your wallet.

Trainers are good but the rest of the staff is horrible. Zero professionalism. They sit around on their phones while members are in front of them. I would be standing waiting for someone To help me or have questions and I have to wait for them to stop gossiping to their friends. Their either messing around on their phones, or sleeping in the office (yes the guy even admitted to doing that during morning workouts) and NOT ONCE have I ever called this place and gotten an answer. They NEVER answer their phones which is unacceptable at a business. Workouts are good but definitely Not worth the fortune that they charge.
I can do at my pace, workout covers all types giving body good mix of cardio, stretching and muscle build. Enjoying it a lot.

I've worked out at multiple gyms before, but this is the first one I've fallen in love with. Workouts are challenging, but the results are worth it and the coaches/staff are very helpful!
Great coaches, great music! The workouts are tough, but you get in and out in just under and hour, so it's a great way keep fitness a regular part of your week. Coach Bryant and Coach Eric are my favorites.

I will be 31 years old and I have 4 kids and this was my first time going and I have to say I enjoy every bit of it. It's worth every bit of your time! You won't regret it at all. Eric and Melissa ROCK !!!!

Cons:
The music and mic are SO loud in Leslie's classes that it gave me a headache, actually hurts my ears, distracted me from my workout and made me want to leave. I saw another lady leave the class and a guy next to me wearing ear plugs but who wants to wear ear plugs for a workout class.
Poor customer service. I've been a member at 4 other OTF in NY, DC, VA and GA. This studio has been the worst. Customer service is poor and one of the male instructors (Eric) was borderline creepy.
I am seriously considering stopping my membership and joining the YMCA instead. This membership is very expensive and not worth it in my opinion.
Awesome workout! Nice mix of challenging activities, attentive and encouraging coach!
Very fun workout. I've tried lots of fitness studios and OTF is my favorite type of workout. The instructors are fun and very helpful. I had a c section recently and they have been great about helping me modify exercises. Other fitness studios have been too fast pace for me.
You get what you pay for in life. The membership is higher than I would normally spend, but the gym offers multiple class times, showers, and friendly coaches. There's an app and great staff to book and reschedule your classes.
I love the intensity and variety of the workouts. The coaches are all motivating, and they keep me going for the full hour! I walk out of the studio feeling much better than I do walking in every time.
Honestly... Great Class! but not for everyone.
Unless you are an athlete, work out nut, or training for some kind of athletic goal, I would look else where if you are just starting out. The classes are intense!!
HIGHLIGHTS:
*The whole staff tries to make you feel welcomed and try to work with your level of fitness.
*They make you wear a heart rate monitor and your heart rate is displayed on the tv's they have on the walls.
* Publicly displayed heart rate helped me to see where I am compared to others. Its a huge motivator (or discouraging based on your comfort level.)
*They bounce around during the work out to different workout stations (tread machines, row machines, weights, etc.)
*The Trainer checks on you regularly to make sure your form is right and to make sure you are not killing yourself.
*The workouts are high intensity (make sure your heart can take it)
*Once again the staff and trainers are awesome! ( This coming from someone who hasn't been to a gym in forever and have gained quiet a bit of weight over the pass few years)
OVER ALL:
I'm passing on this gym until I am conditioned for such high intensity workouts. Maybe i'll get a trainer who is alot slower with me.
I felt like I was dying! I might be allergic even... I was out of breath, palm sweaty, heart felt like it was beating out of my chest, and a bit dizzy... Yup Definitely allergic! JK! but seriously, I need to be conditioned before I try this gym again.
Hope this helped.
Edit: The Prices are really high! its not a problem for me personally, because I am serious about loosing some weight. But just know it is much more than you would pay at most places.
The staff and coaches made me feel welcome even though it was my first visit to this studio and first OTF workout in 4 months. Looking forward to many more classes at this location!
Alone at the gym I have always had hard time holding myself accountable to the consistent high output level we achieve everyday at OTF. So the group class makes cardio fitness easy, fun and efficient
