The real deal for real boxing and Kickboxing training, absolutely the best from beginners to pro's.. LOVE IT!

Always try to stop by when in the area.
Top notch training provided by Bonnie and her staff.
Always feel welcomed although I am not a member or affiliated with the gym/dojo.
Someone commented that the boxing instruction at Bonnie's is not up to grade, simply not true.
In my past experiences, I've trained at "pro" boxing gyms in NYC, NJ, PA.
Observed professional fighters working out in others.
The boxing instruction at Bonnie's gym is fine and provided you are in shape and have sparring time, a trainee/fighter/prospect from her gym should be competently equipped to do AOK in "any" gym environment.
Remember, every trainer/coach has his/hers own teaching style and may instruct the finer points and techniques of boxing differently.

I do not recommend this gym for anyone who is really serious about getting trained in boxing to become a professional. The way she teaches you how to set you boxing position with one hand near chin and the other in front of it sets you up to get hit. She implements techniques that are not proper for boxing and will not get you to far in boxing. If you want to learn kickboxing then you will be in the right place most likely. I went to other boxing gyms and met with Richard, honeyboys brother Loud Del Valle, who trains Badou Jack with Mayweather Promotions. They were teaching me that the techniques we're not proper and they taught me proper technique and how to to properly throw the punches, counter, footwork, and timing. Also they have an attitude problem at the gym and they expect you to just get in there and throw punches without knowing what you're doing. They teach boxing to get cardio work but not to become true professional to compete. If you aspire to become a boxer avoid this gym, you will waste your time unless you just want some cardio work. Don't believe me go and test the tools she gives you at other gym in Florida or New York, see how far you go.
