I love this gym! This gym is clean with great equipment.. In 6 months I lost over 40 Lbs ,Kevin is amazing, he will teach you proper techniques,nutrition and self defense. I would recommend him and his wife to people of all ages.... more

Almost 3 years later, this was the best thing I got my son into. The owners, staff, and instructors are professional, friendly and excellent at what they do. I also participate in the adult cardio classes that are the same time and became in great shape! Perfect for families.... more

I live across from The Buddha Farm Yoga Studio. People should know that the neighborhood is dangerous. There is a large homeless community that live in the area and frequent the thru way that the Farm's parking lot is next to.... more
They close the downtown location my wife was sad because she really liked there and now she have to look for another gym.. Fantastic Gym! Has everything you need - weight lifting, cardio, spin classes, Tag classes, showers and locker-room for you to store your things overnight.... more
Luv it. The instructor is amazing. He is really great with the kids. Karate is great for discipline and fitness. There is also krav maga self difference and kickboxing available. I strongly recommend the krav maga.... more

I think they went out of business? Was a member and loved it - but then couldn't get a hold of anyone. Just went past and it looks like place is gutted out. Title Boxing is a great workout and a ton of fun! The trainers are all great and really make the class challenging but fun.... more
Update: I just finished a 40 classes in 60 day challenge with the studio. My experience was beyond amazing. I felt energized in many ways, I have so much gratitude for everyone at the Studio.... more
Every time I have visited, the weights are all over the place. It's like playing Where's Waldo in the gym looking for dumbells. I haven't had any negative or positive experiences with the staff.... more
