Perfect place for physical exercise.

Been coming here over 20 years and it keeps getting better. Basketball courts, outdoor exercise equipment, shaded picnic areas, charcoal grills. Wind surfing and sailboarding is popular here. Bathrooms are nice especially when compared to California public restrooms. Lifeguards, outdoor showers, water bottle filling station.

Not rush if you like to workout slowly oceanfront view year round. Use whats there and bring your own. Dont forget to pay for parking.

Love this calisthenics beach just need to upgrade the equipment like south beach but smaller poles! Also must add a pole on the beach....come on fort Lauderdale I have faith in you!

Buen lugar de esparcimiento para distraerse y hacer ejercicios. Hay canchas de basketball y volleyball asi como distintas estructuras para hacer gran variedad de ejercicios y todo a orilla de la hermosa playa y con un amplio estacionamiento ($1.75 por hora). Sin duda un muy buen sitio para agregarlo a nuestras rutinas

As someone who does all of his pullups inside at the gym or in my bedroom, was a dream to do it outside on the beach, in an urban environment. Jealous this isn't my daily workout place.
