I've been with otf for 1.5 years. At otf, You work out 100% of your capacity all the time if you wish, and that includes whatever YOUR 100% is, and you are always improving. I use the twice a week option, and I feel that I am really paying to become an athlete, not paying to be a member of a gym. I get out of it a body that is truly in top form. I cannot say that I have been this in shape at any other time in my life. When you join OT, you will really go to the classes, and showing up is all the motivation you need. I promise you will get healthy, in shape and never go back. I'm so strong now.
